Congratulations!
I can definitely tell that you and Tracey are losing weight. I am very happy for you both.
The diet that you are on now, is this a diet that you will need to stick with for the rest of your life? Or will the diet continue to change?
Finally getting around to replying to some old comments.
In some form, I’ll need to stick with it. But I won’t have to be as drastic about it as now. At the moment I have to keep the carbs low enough that my body burns fat to keep everything functioning; when I’m down to the right weight, I ease up on that, and let my body start using carbs again. But that is a balancing act, because the minute I take in too many carbs, insulin production goes up, and fat starts being stored.
