The tyranny of constant email checking

Hm, yeah, I totally check my email way too much! Not only first thing in the morning and then before I head off to sleep (which, given my current irregular schedule, isn’t always at night), but throughout the day. As well as a huge list of weblogs. And websites that don’t have RSS feeds (e.g. Victor Davis Hanson’s website). And then websites referenced in any of the above. Truly terrible; this must end. HT: Chris.
